So you are a writer and agent, David. What are the titles of your books? What agency did you work for? Who did you represent?
Ike
Then they haven’t read RADIANT TURNSTILE’s.
Their guidelines are pretty good. And shorter than mine.
Ike:
I’ve sold more books than I’ve published, but Bill, the Galactic Hero: The Final Incoherent Adventure (with Harry Harrison) was published by Avon Books in the U.S., and in several other countries. Democracy and Other Problems, an essay chapbook, was published by SRM, Publishers. Assorted poems and stories have appeared elsewhere.
I was an agent with the Scott Meredith Literary Agency in the Seventies. Among the people on my list were Norman Mailer, Arthur C. Clarke, Harry Kemelman, Philip K. Dick, and P. G. Wodehouse, although as a junior agent I didn’t do a lot of the heavy lifting for Norman and Arthur. Nearly everyone who was on my list then is dead now.
